Kate Upton quote

It's nice of Kate Upton to tell Black people how to protest:  “Whenever you want…EXCEPT during the anthem.” Oh, wait. That's the problem, isn't it? White people telling Black people what to do.  It's a great example, because I'd almost guarantee her heart is in the right place, like most of White America.  But having your heart in the right place is no longer enough.  You have to have your brain in the right place too!  It's time for White America to shut up and start listening.  Get to it.  The rest of us are waiting, but we won't wait forever.
